How VLT Laser industrial projection systems differ from LAP and Z-Laser

We began manufacturing industrial laser projection systems after ten years of experience developing and producing high-power advertising laser systems.

Our technical approach

  • In-house laser sources — 520 and 635 nm
  • Programmable laser controllers using STM32F7 processors and 16-bit DACs
  • Temperature stabilization controllers
  • Laser source drivers
  • Our own data transmission standard
  • A command-based software core

Our manufacturing facilities are based in Russia, supporting in-house production and quality control throughout the process.

Features of VLT technical laser projectors

1. Thermal stability

Galvanometer scanners are mounted on Peltier cooling elements, with temperature sensors connected to our thermal controller. Maintaining stable motor temperatures supports consistent positioning, and is designed to reduce calibration drift over time.

2. Component independence and service life

We manufacture most components ourselves, including laser sources, reducing dependence on external suppliers. These systems use laser diodes rather than DPSS sources. In our product design this supports long component life; the stated source replacement cost is no more than 5% of the equipment price.

3. Stable calibration

Our systems are designed around an initial calibration that remains stable during normal operation. Reflective targets are not required in this workflow. Projection can be positioned within the working area while maintaining full-scale drawing output.

4. Projection accuracy

One stated example is an installation height of 7 m, with an error no greater than 1 mm for drawings up to 7 × 7 m. Supported multi-projector operation can improve accuracy further, depending on the arrangement and calibration.

5. Straightforward power and control

Direct 220 V power supply, with standard LAN or Wi-Fi control.

6. Service and competitive pricing

We provide service centers in Russia, model-dependent warranty options up to five years, technical support, installation, training and equipment demonstrations. Our systems are positioned as a cost-competitive alternative to German equipment; compare the specifications and service package for your application.

7. Application software

Our 2Cut software has a Russian-language interface, an intuitive workflow and a demo version available on request. It supports common drawing formats, maintains a drawing library and can be controlled from Android. Projection can be organized by element, step, area or layer.

8. Additional functions and protection

Features include remote LAN power control for difficult-to-access installations, ready/not-ready indicators linked to thermal stabilization, a web interface, 360° mounting adjustment and a rigid metal housing weighing 10 kg. Dust protection is being developed around an independent optical compartment sealed with quartz glass.
