Laser layout systems for stretch ceiling manufacturing

Laser projection displays membrane outlines and production guides on the worktable, helping teams transfer a digital stretch ceiling design onto the material.

Project the ceiling membrane outline

Stretch ceiling production depends on room shape, corners and the relationship between membrane sections. A laser layout system displays prepared geometry directly on the material. Rather than transferring many dimensions in sequence, the operator works against a visible outline and switches projects as orders change.

Laser drawing projection transfers stretch ceiling geometry onto the worktable. Laser layout displays the membrane outline and reference guides, helping the operator work from the current digital order template.

What projected guidance can do

  • Display of the perimeter and complex-shaped sections.
  • Projected reference points and agreed production lines.
  • Layer-by-layer drawing display and membrane position checks.

What to consider when choosing a system

VLT LD Techno Pro 2Cut is a candidate for this application. Assessment covers table width, mounting height, input files and visibility on the actual film or fabric. The material needs to remain in the specified working position; movement calls for another alignment check.
