Description
VLT LD Techno Pro 2Cut is our technical laser projection series for roll materials and production layout. It displays planned components at full scale so that their placement can be checked before manufacture. Drawings can be projected directly onto a cutting table or workpiece, reducing manual layout and preparation.
These projectors display DXF, DWG and SVG drawings and diagrams at full scale, creating virtual templates on work surfaces. Accurate positioning can save production time and cost. The systems support 2D and 3D drawing workflows.
Benefits:
- Full-scale drawing projection with X/Y scaling, tilt, offsets, rotation and other adjustments. Multiple systems can be coordinated.
- Save time, material and cost
- Quality checks at the assembly location
- Reduce reliance on physical templates
- Help reduce manual layout errors
- Project contours with fast image updates
- Accurate projection for industrial layout
- Temperature-stabilized sources with adjustable output provide consistent projection. Visibility under strong ambient light depends on the installation and surface.
- Straightforward control and automated display of drawings and templates.
- Software configuration for your workflow
- Laser safety certification documentation is available. Operation and exposure must follow the equipment's documented safety conditions.
Our industrial projection systems use scanners developed to display many elements with high speed and accuracy. The software supports DXF, DWG and SVG workflows, hardware/software image adjustment and automated display sequences. The projector can operate independently or be controlled from a PC over Wi-Fi, simplifying installation in difficult-to-access positions.
Laser-guided layout, positioning and checking are used in:
- composite manufacturing, before cutting or bonding layers
- stretch ceiling membrane production
- mechanical engineering, to position components and assemblies
- steel fabrication, including spans and load-bearing structures
- layout before metal cutting
- woodworking and dimensional checks
- assembly of timber-frame and panel building components
- precast concrete manufacturing, for production layout and quality checks
- prefabricated steel structure manufacturing
- other manufacturing industries
