Description
VLT LD UV10000 Disinfector is an automated laser treatment system. Its web interface adjusts output, intensity, pulse frequency, exposure time and timed operation. It can be programmed to target local areas and selected difficult-to-access surfaces.
VLT LD UV10000 Disinfector uses a focused pulsed 405 nm laser source. The manufacturer cites research into pulsed 405 nm irradiation of SARS-CoV-2 without added photosensitizers, alongside A. P. Maltsev’s work on mechanisms of laser interaction with cells. Laboratory research does not by itself validate a particular installed treatment process; consult the equipment documentation for tested conditions, performance and protective measures.

The treatment program controls output, pulse frequency and exposure. The manufacturer's example specifies 100 pulses per second and a treatment cycle of 5 minutes for 50 m². This is a process-specific stated figure, not a guarantee for every room or organism. The system scans a programmed treatment area rather than circulating air through a conventional recirculator, and does not require consumable spray chemicals. Treatment efficacy must be validated for the actual installation and operating conditions.
